No. Surveys and written quotes for installation work are free, and there is no obligation at the end of one. Repairs carry the £79 call-out, which covers the visit, the diagnosis and the first hour of work.
Repairs are usually booked within the week. Service-plan customers go to the front of the queue, and the 24-hour emergency line is answered by an engineer on call, not a message service.

Sometimes. A survey tells us what your insulation, radiators and hot-water use can support. If a heat pump is the wrong answer for your home we will say so and quote you a boiler instead.
Every installation carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee on top of the manufacturer warranty. If something we fitted is not right, we come back and put it right at no charge.
